Easter Design From Trish Burr

A Pretty miniature flower design for Easter. Or leave off the tag and turn it into a Happy Birthday note card. I'll be mounting mine on a Tea tin. The pattern is here.

Mounted on 1/8 inch acid free foam core board.

The fabric I will be framing it with.

It is miniature!  2 inches by 2 and a half inches.

Mon Cahier de Broderie Hoja 3 Pagina 5 & 6

Late , late , late.  I did not get much stitching time this month so I am not finished with this lesson! I will finish it though! So much fun stitching with a several friends and posting our results. The stitches and patterns come from the book Mon Cahier de Broderie written in French and our hostess is Covi . The forum we post to is in Spanish. So lots of translating going on. Covi designed the lessons to be pages of a cloth book, all stitched on linen, and mostly using DMC cotton floss. Many of the stitches are done with a single strand of floss.
